In order to be successful as a business, you must practice good business ethics and be good at resolving customer disuputes. Statistics show that about 65% of non company advertisement comes from word of mouth and this is a good thing to consider when your running a business. Either way, good or bad service can have a great impact on your company and the traffic you bring in. Customers have a tendency to talk about how they were treated and whether or not they liked your service. In the end it always comes back to the company that was mentioned.
We are living in the age of information and technology. Reviews are being written all the time and if a customer is angry enough you can bet they’ll be visiting your google local page or yelp listing to say what’s on their mind. I can say from personal experience, whenever I decide to use a service or have to purchase something, I always check ratings and reviews online. This way I can determine where I should spend my hard earned money. Reviews can speak volumes about a company.
